Right now, I'm Senior Product Designer at Sparx Learning, creating tools that empower teachers by giving them back their time. Five and a half million students benefit when their teachers are free to teach.
I thrive in the thick of it. Fifty post-its from five different people. Conflicting priorities. Half-formed ideas. I dig in to the complexity to find the simple answer underneath.
Over 10 years, I've moved from executing designs to shaping direction. I've learned when to push back, how to advocate for users who aren't in the room, and how to keep teams moving.

Sparx Assessments
Built a 0-1 assessment product from scratch. 400+ schools trusted it with their GCSEs in the first term. High stakes, tight timeline.
Sparx Maths & Science
Two experiments at massive scale. Thousands of students, 700 questions a minute. One worked brilliantly, one failed in an interesting way.
